Product Rating: Product Review (submitted on July 28, 2010):Another user who just can't get this to work for the PennyTel VOIP app in Australia (don't know if the region makes any difference).
No matter what combination/options tested - direct on/off, all apps/using app list, after respring, after reboot, etc... it always seems the PennyTel app still "knows" and you get the "VoIP is unavailble as you're not connected to the internet via WiFi" message.
Happy to lay out the cash for a license, but really this is the SOLE reason I want My3G... just so I can access my 2 VOIP lines whilst out and about - I don't use it for anything else.
Very much hoping an update will achieve compatability with this app soon...
NB: On a positive note, I HAVEN'T had any of the problems switching between WiFi and cellular data that others have mentioned here, using SBSettings it's very quick and flawless to turn WiFi on/off, and reconnection to my WAP happens within seconds.
