- Redownload My Application
- Downloaded Applications are stored on your PC. However, if you require redownload, you can simply log in to your Rock Your Phone Desktop Client software and you will be able to simply press download. On your phone, you can open the RockApp and choose "Install".
- My Application Updates
- You can receive updates to your licensed and trial apps for free by simply opening your Rock Your Phone Desktop Client and choosing "Your Apps". You can also update your apps directly on your iPhone by opening the RockApp and choosing Manage.
- Free Trials
- It's easy! And it's the best way to ensure you're happy with your purchase! We encourage (in fact, we require) you to utilize a free 10-day trial of any application before you decide to buy it. On our Shopping page all you have to do is click on the Free Trial button, available with each app. You can also trial the App in the Rock Your Phone Desktop Client software as well as the Rock Your Phone App on your phone.
- Updating Account Information
- If your forgot your password, you can click on the "Forgot Password" link to reset your password. If you'd like to update your personal information, simply Sign-In to our website, and choose Account Information.

- Refund Policy
- Based on our policy of requiring a free trial of any application before purchase, Rock Your Phone does not provide any refunds after purchase.

- Resetting My iPhone
- If you would like to uninstall Rock Your Phone from your iPhone, you can do so by uninstalling via the Manage tab in the RockApp. You'll want to remove any apps prior to removing RockApp. Alternatively, you may simply choose restore in iTunes. This will remove all Rock Your Phone software and restore your iPhone to factory condition.
