CLAIMED COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT
Notices of Claimed Copyright Infringement on a Rock Your Phone website or application must be in writing and include the following information:
1. A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright allegedly infringed;
2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed or, in the case of multiple claims of infringement on one site, a representative list of those works;
3. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing that should be removed, with sufficient information for Rock Your Phone, inc. to locate the material;
4. Your contact information;
5. A statement that you, in good faith, believe use of the material at issue is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; and
6. A statement that the information contained in the notice is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright allegedly infringed.

Claims of alleged infringement will be investigated and handled according to Rock Your Phone policy and the law.
REPEAT INFRINGERS
Rock Your Phone will terminate registered developers or other account holders whom it determines to be repeat infringers. If you believe that a registered developer or other account holder is an infringer, please follow the instructions above to contact Rock Your Phone's Designated Copyright Agent and provide information sufficient for Rock Your Phone to verify that the registered developer or other account holder is an infringer.
